Highland Park’s Renovated Homes with a Modern Twist

I have always enjoyed Highland Park for its character, mix of cultures and creativity. If I was a first time buyer and wanted to get more for my money this is one of the areas I would look at. Recently, three very tasteful  homes came on the market all bought in foreclosure. They have been exquisitely remodeled, and put back on the market to sell to some lucky buyer. These homes are getting prices we have not seen in Highland Park for a long time. I love when this happens, especially in this slow real estate market.

5153 Irvington Place, Los Angeles, 90042

Better Shelter did it again. They took a 1928 Spanish home and made it awesome.
